There are steep stairs but the staff helped me with my baggage.

The location is very good within Miraflores, the girls at the reception are very friendly (Leticia, Swan), the breakfast is good and the lockers are large

There is no kitchen, the bathrooms could have hand towels (like in the Bar bathroom)

The staff was great and helpful at all times. They booked a safe taxi for my onward journey to the bus terminal.

Unfortunately, the private bathroom in the 6 bed dorm was not clean and flooded with water every time we showered. It's a noisy area, but if you have a room on the first floor then the volume is fine.
